Biography
The CD "Sick Sick'em" brings a powerful presence to the industry. J-Flo exudes a raw energy that leaves you hanging on his every word, but you may want to cover the ears of your teenage daughters. In addition to J-Flo, Sick Sick’em features four other industry heavy hitters: Yukmouth, Dorasel, TechNine and C-Bo. Sick Sick’em is packaged with a CD and a DVD featuring interacts with many rap stars and performances by J-Flo.

J-Flo of Unify Records Inc. has music featured in:
The movie soundtrack “The Brewster Project”. Soundtracks of two movies: “Tha Crib” and “Who’s Makin’ the Rules”(both movies to be released the first quarter of 2005) featuring the track “Big Boy”.

Yukmouth’s new release, “United Ghettos of America Vol. 2”, features skits by J-Flo.

Death Rows new recording sensation, features J-Flo in the DVD “Dorasel Live in Minneapolis”.

From L.A to New York", J-Flo" has worked with the great talents in the music industry including: Yukmouth from "The Luniz", Tech Nine from "Strange Music", C-Bo from "Thug Lords", and Dorasel from "Death Row Records".

On the technical side he has worked with world renowned multi-platinum mixing engineer Lance Pierre of “LP Productions Inc”, Bernie Grundman of “Bernie Grundman Mastering in Hollywood, CA” Bobby Z of "Prince and the Revolution" and Greg Rierson of “Rare Form Mastering” in Minneapolis, MN. All parties involved in the project have full confidence in the album and have assisted J-Flo with support and industry experience.
